Teamworkz, a local hotel reservation company, is currently looking to expand its workforce and is seeking an experienced Reservation Officer to supplement their existing team based in Vientiane, Laos.
Reporting to the Reservation Manager, the Reservation Officer will be expected to:
- Process bookings through our online management system
- Respond to enquiries from customers by phone and email
- Process payments for bookings through our online payment system
- Manage contracts and relationships with hotels and other partners.
Qualifications - the ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working with the travel industry in Laos – preferably as a hotel reservation or front desk manager.
- Have good written and spoken English and be able to communicate clearly with guests.
- Have good working knowledge of basic admin programmes such as Word, Excel and the internet.
- Be willing to learn new skills and work hard to develop individually and as a team player.

Teamworkz (Cambodia), a newly opened travel agency, is currently seeking an experienced Reservation and Contract Manager and an Office Assistant to work in their central Phnom Penh office.
Responsible for day-to-day operations, the Reservation and Contract Manager will be responsible for:
- Sourcing hotels and tour companies in Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville to provide products for Teamworkz to sell via its websites and sales channels.
- Processing bookings and payments via our online management system.
- Managing contracts and payments with partner hotels and tour companies.
- Maintaining up to date information on products.
- Managing any staff needed to assist with these processes.
Qualifications - the ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working with the travel industry in Cambodia – preferably as a reservation or sales manager in a leading hotel.
- Have good written and spoken English and be able to communicate clearly with guests.
- Have good working knowledge of basic admin programmes such as Word, Excel and the internet.
- Be willing to travel around Cambodia if required.
- Be results-orientated and willing to learn new skills and work hard to develop individually and as a team player.
Reporting to the Reservation and Contract Manager, the Office Assistant will be expected to:
- Assist in day-to-day operations as required.
- Make payments, run paperwork, help with making purchases etc.
Qualifications - the ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Reasonable spoken English.
- Willing and positive attitude.
