Hill Tribe Excursion: Mae Salong, also known as Santikhiri, is an ethnic Chinese enclave inhabited by remnants of the Kuomintang (Nationalist) army of Chiang Kai Shek. After your visit to Mae Salong, you will head on to Therd Thai, where you can visit the former headquarters of the notorious drug baron Khun Sa.

Hilltribes, Elephant & Boat Trip and Handicrafts: A thrilling boat ride along the Mae Kok River ends with a visit to a traditional Karen hill tribe village. While here, visitors can also enjoy a half hour elephant ride through the countryside before continuing on to a local hot spring.

Hilltribes, Chiang Saen, Golden Triangle & Mae Sai: A visit to the Akha and Yao tribes will allow visitors to experience the authentic lives of the hill-tribe people.
